How do I export or share a dashboard? To export or share a dashboard:
  1. On the dashboard, click .
  2. Select either Export as PDF, Export as PNG, Export as JPEG, or Share Dashboard option as per your requirement.
How do I acknowledge an alarm? To acknowledge an alarm:
  1. On the dashboard, go to the Alarms tab.
  2. Go to the alarm row you wish to acknowledge and click on .
How do I maintain notes about alarm events? To maintain notes about alarm events:
  1. On the dashboard, go to the Alarms tab.
  2. Go to the alarm row you wish to write a note for and click on .
  3. In the Alarm Notes window, enter a note and click .
How do I view an alarm report? To view an alarm report:
  1. On the dashboard, go to the Alarms tab.
  2. Click the alarm row you wish to view a report of.
How do I share an alarm report? To share an alarm report:
  1. On the dashboard, go to the Alarms tab.
  2. Go to the alarm row you wish to share the report and click on .
  3. Select the distribution groups and/or users you wish to share the report with, then click
How do I setup the system to send alarm notifications by email and sms? Alarm notifications are sent to members of a distribution group that's associated with a project on which the alarm occurs.
To send an alarm notification by email and sms:
  1. If a customer wants to receive notifications then create a customer user.
  2. Create a distribution group:
    • Add customer or admin users who want to receive notifications. The distribution group must belong to the same customer as the project.
    • Assign the distribution group to the project - When creating a new distribution group, the user will be prompted to assign a project.
    • An existing distribution group can also be assigned to a project either from Manage Projects or Manage Distribution Groups.
Note: Users must have a valid mobile phone number on their profile to received SMS alerts.
How do I export data? To export data:
  1. On the dashboard, click .
  2. Select either Export data to CSV, Export data to XLS, or Export data to XLSX option as per your requirement.
